FiRe......
On Sunday Dec. 20th at about 6:30 in the morning my parents woke up smelling smoke in the kitchen, and it was kind of foggy, so my dad called 911 and sure enough they had a electrical fire in thier celling! The fire fighters came in and had to tear down a bunch of Sheetrock.... In the front entrance, the kitchen ,the hall, the front room and thier office. I guess there were 8 fire trucks there! They said it it would of went a half hour longer, it would of went through the roof. It is pretty bad. I am just glad my parents are safe, and were not hurt. The clean up crew, Had to move everything out of their house. So they have a completely empty house and have been living in a Hotel...it could be a couple of months before they are done! But Mom and Dad will get all new Carpet, wood floors, and of course walls....or anything else that was ruined or they could not get the smoke smell out of.
