Grandma Nelson....

All day today I have been thinking about my Grandma Nelson..And how much I miss her! She was the most caring women I have ever meet! She never had anything to say the was negative! She would always give you a kiss on the cheek when you would see her!..always had her hair curled! Was the best cook! I wish I would of had her show me how to make her bread.. She would make it for the sacrament each week!... It was so good! And so were her Pumpkin pies..well anything that she would make! She always had a treat for us.. chocolate was her favorite..and she would also have those circus pink and white cookies!..now every time I buy them I think of her! She was also the best at sewing! I would have her patch my pants when they got holes..and you would never of known that there was a hole!

She also made the prettiest doilies! She would give all the girls a different one each Christmas! She loved to see my boys!.. It would make her day when we would go down to mesquite and visit! I remember when she was sick and in Vegas...I would comb her hair for her and you could just tell that she loved it! Grandma I can't believe it has been 3 years ago today on Thanksgiving when she passed away! I am glad I got to spend a little time with her before she passed away. She knew all the family was going to be down here for Thanksgiving.. I think she didn't want us there when she passed! Thanks grandma for being the best Grandma Ever! I love you so much and can't wait tell I cam be with you again and give you a big hug and kiss!

I am so grateful for Family.. And all they do for me! I have such a hard working husband that is working 2 jobs to support are family! And 3 boys that I love so much! And all of my other family members for being there for me when I need you! Thanks

Garrett and Shaylins Wedding day!

My cousin Garrett got married on Nov. 20th.. I was so happy to be able to go to the temple and see them married!.. I was a big bawl baby and cried thru most of it! The had a open house the night before..it was decorated so pretty and they had the best food.. tomato soup, biscuits, salad, Betty's balls (that is what my cousins said they were called)they were some yummy choc balls, wedding cookie, and warm wassail!! Then after they were married on Saturday they had a luncheon at the church...so yummy also.. Raspberry salad, pork with this Carmel sauce, rice, yams, green beans, sweet rolls and yummy pumpkin dessert..to dye for!!! Then that night they had another reception in Cedar City that we went to..I had to drive my granny, mom, sis,and Janet and Hailee up there in the pouring rain..some of the way I was only going 50 because it was that bad! I am so happy for Garrett and Shaylin! Congrats and all the Best for the 2 of You!

I was getting Laundry out of the dryer and took some to my bedroom..then I come back to find Kash had climbed into there..crazy boy!

HaLLoWeeN DaY....

We went to see my Grandpa Nelson up in Veyo in the afternoon..he was happy to have some visitors! And to see the kids in their costumes!..Then we went to my ward dinner and Trunk-er-treat!.. They had yummy pulled pork sandwiches, chips, salad, treats, and homemade root beer!..Then the kids go around the circle and get candy!..then we got to these peoples house that go all out with the decorations and usually give out king size candy bars..and they have a train ride..I went with Kash..and he loved it..but it was kind of chilly..then we went and saw my Grandma and Grandpa Gifford!..My Grand ma love to see the kids in there costumes..and she always buys a big bag of candy..and only had like 4 trick- or treaters!

Kashs 2nd Birthday Party!

We had Kashs Birthday party 9 days after his birthday..because we had alot going on the week of his birthday. So I decided we would have a Mickey mouse party..so I tried to make a fondant cake... I made the fondant homemade..took me 2 trys to get it right...then it seemed to crack..so I added white choc. chips..and that made it a little bit better...I just thought it would be supper easy..since I have helped MJ do cakes many times..but it was stressful... It didn't turn out like I wanted it to..but oh well..Kash liked it so that is all the matters!

My cousin Crystal brought her bounce house over for the kids to play in..but Kash and his little friend would not get in!..then we ate hot dogs and then Jess helped me paint faces...and we put the ears on Micky Mouse! Kash had a pretty fun time!...Mike was in town..so the boys got to hang out with him for a little bit!.. Mike was helping Kash punch his balloon..it was cute!

Halloween Parade..

I went to Chases school to watch him in his halloween parade!..It is fun to see what all the kids and teachers dress up as!.. I am the room mom for chases class..so I had to go help with the halloween party! I got masks for the kids to decorate..and they had a fishing pond and made ghost suckers!
