TuRkEy TiMe!
So on Sunday I had to cook a turkey for our family dinner! It was my first time ever cooking a turkey so I didn't know how it was going to turn out.....but it turned out pretty good. But next time I am going to try cooking it in a brown paper bag and see if that is better!
Looks yummy, Erica! I smoke mine in a five-gallon bucket with liquid smoke, salt and tenderquick. It is so easy. After it bakes really slow all day the meat just falls off the bones.
